Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct

  in-depth classroom and live training sessions

  on

  Automation Testing

  using

  Java, Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, and REST API

  .
• Design and deliver

  structured training content

  , hands-on exercises, and real-time projects.
• Guide students through

  framework design, API automation, and CI/CD concepts

  .
• Evaluate and mentor students for interview readiness and project work.
• Collaborate with internal QA and placement teams to align course outcomes with industry requirements.
• Maintain batch performance reports and ensure successful completion of the training program.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum

  2+ years

  of experience in

  Automation Testing

  (industry or training).
• Strong hands-on expertise in:

• Java

  (Core concepts, OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling)

• Selenium WebDriver

  (Locators, Actions, Waits, Frameworks)

• TestNG

  (Annotations, Assertions, Reporting)

• Cucumber BDD

  (Feature files, Step Definitions, Hooks, Data Tables)

• API Testing

  using

  Postman

  and

  REST Assured

• Good understanding of

  Jenkins

  ,

  Git

  , and

  Maven

  integration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring future automation testers.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to

  JIRA

  ,

  Allure Reports

  , or

  Extent Reports

  .
• Knowledge of

  Database Testing (SQL basics)

  and

  Agile methodology

  .
• Prior experience in mentoring or managing student batches.
