AXESS TECHNOLOGY Job Title: Software Sales Executive Experience: 3+ Years Location: Tidel Park, Chennai Interview Mode: F2F Industry: Software / IT / SaaS Job Summary: Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B software sales and a passion for driving revenue growth. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base by managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure. In the early stages, you will benefit from company-provided leads to help build a strong sales pipeline. Your ability to present compelling product demos, build lasting client relationships, and close high-value deals will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities ● Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, professional networking, and participation in industry events. ● Engage and qualify inbound leads provided by the company to build early pipeline momentum. ● Conduct compelling software product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs. ● Understand customer requirements and position the appropriate solutions to address business challenges. ● Manage the complete sales cycle—from initial contact and proposal to negotiation and deal closure. ● Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer information using CRM tools. ● Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align client needs with product capabilities. ● Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management. Required Skills and Qualifications ● Minimum 3 years of proven experience in software, SaaS, or IT solution sales. ● Strong lead generation and pipeline development skills. ● Demonstrated success in client engagement, relationship building, and consultative selling. ● Exceptional ability in product demonstrations and handling objections. ● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals. ● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. ● Proficiency in using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
