Job Title: Voice Process Associate – Customer Support Experience: 2+ Years Location: Tidel Park, Chennai Interview Mode: F2F Job Summary: We are currently hiring an experienced professional for our English Voice Process team to handle client calls efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound client calls with clarity and professionalism. Follow the provided script to ensure consistency in communication. Maintain a high level of customer service and problem resolution. Document call details and update internal systems as required. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in a voice process role. Prior experience dealing with domestic customers is preferred. Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and grammar. Strong customer handling and communication skills. Must possess a good listening skill in order to address the client requirements over the call effectively. Must possess at least an Undergraduate degree. Willingness to work on the last day of working (as needed for transition/training). Note: Full call script and training will be provided.
