Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Test Engineer with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing to ensure high-quality deliverables across our projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in software testing, a keen eye for detail, and experience leading QA efforts in Agile environments. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional software and have a quality-first mindset, we’d love to meet you. What You Bring Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software QA/testing. Proven expertise in both manual and automation testing. Strong proficiency in Selenium, SQL, and test management tools (like JIRA, TestRail, or similar). Prior experience testing CRM or enterprise-level applications is highly desirable. Solid understanding of the Agile/Scrum development process. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Leadership skills with experience mentoring or guiding junior QA team members. Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for software quality and user satisfaction. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative work environment. Show more Show less
