Job Description:

As a Software Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs for individuals or groups, helping them build expertise in various programming languages and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

 Conduct training sessions on programming languages and technologies, including C, C++, Java, Python, Web Design, Web Development, and Full Stack Development.

 Develop and organize course materials, presentations, and hands-on exercises to promote effective learning.  Guide and support students, helping them gain proficiency in the subject matter.

 Assess students’ progress through assignments, quizzes, and projects while providing constructive feedback.

 Keep up with the latest trends and developments in software technologies to ensure the training content remains relevant and up to date.

 Assist in organizing and conducting workshops, seminars, and other academy events focused on software training.

 Mentor students, offering guidance on their career paths and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

 2+ years of experience in software development or training.

 Relevant certifications or training in programming languages and technologies is a plus.

 Strong knowledge of technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, PHP, Angular, React, AI/ML, IoT, Robotics,Node.JS,Mango DB, Git and Git hub

 Ability to train students in programming languages and technologies such as Java, Python, SQL, and Full Stack Development.

 Strong Knowledge of Data Science concepts and tools (python, Machine learning, Data Visualization, etc.  Knowledge of UI/UX Design and tools such as Figma.

 Quick learner with a keen interest in learning new technologies.

 Strong time management skills.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
