Job Description

  • Provide first- and second-level technical support to customers via email, phone, chat, or ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues related to installation, configuration, bugs, and performance.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the development or engineering team with detailed documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and technical issues using support tools.
  • Create and update support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with QA and development teams to identify and report software bugs or improvement areas.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new users or customers when necessary.
  • Monitor system performance metrics and report trends or anomalies to the technical team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
