Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Technical Support position located in Noida. The Software Technical Support specialist will handle day-to-day responsibilities like providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting software issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working collaboratively with other team members to resolve technical problems. Additional tasks include analyzing technical problems and delivering effective solutions promptly, as well as maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and technical support cases.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support skills and experience with Troubleshooting software issues
  • Strong Analytical Skills to analyze and resolve technical issues
  • Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Experience in the software or IT industry is a plus
