Position: Technical Support Gender: Female Only Experience: Minimum 6 month experience Job Location: Chennai Responsibilities: Understand and Map the Software Process with client requirement. Assist the client with setup & Training for the ERP Software Tracking issues and timelines on ticketing tools Exceptional skills in coordinating tasks & activities at various levels. Take end to end ownership of customer issues reported. Analyse, test and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users. Conduct training for end-users at all levels of the customers organisation and relate system functionality to customer business. Investigate and diagnose technical problems or errors and work to identify solutions or workarounds Interact with the product development team in order to support the client's needs. Maintain detailed records of user issues, reported problems, and solutions provided Ensure excellent client experience for the customer Provide active updates to the customer until the issue has been resolved Desired Candidate Profile Excellent written and verbal English communication Should have knowledge/ background of handling ERP application.
