Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Software Testing Specialist with customer support responsibilities, located in Noida. The Software Testing Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing test cases, managing test plans, and performing manual and automated testing to ensure software quality. Additionally, the role involves providing customer support, troubleshooting issues reported by clients, and collaborating with the development team to resolve software defects.

  • Proficiency in Test Management tools and methodologies
