Software Testing Specialist with customer support

Role Overview: You will be joining as a Software Testing Specialist with customer support responsibilities in an on-site full-time role based in Noida. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and executing test cases, managing test plans, and conducting manual and automated testing to ensure software quality. Along with testing tasks, you will also be involved in providing customer support, addressing client-reported issues, and working closely with the development team to resolve software defects effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Create and execute test cases to validate software functionality - Manage test plans and ensure comprehensive test coverage - Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs and ensure software quality - Provide customer support by troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by clients - Collaborate with the development team to address and fix software defects Qualifications Required: - Experience in creating and executing test cases - Knowledge of Software Development processes and principles - Proficiency in Test Management tools and methodologies - Skills in performing Test Execution and detailed Testing - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - Experience in customer support roles is a plus,
