Job Description

  • L1 level Software Bug fixing.
  • Provide first-level support for software applications via email, phone, or ticketing systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues reported by end-users
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers or the development team with detailed documentation
  • Monitor system logs and error reports to identify and resolve recurring issues
  • Assist in software installation, configuration, and updates for clients and internal users
  • Maintain accurate records of issues, solutions, and user interactions
  • Participate in testing software patches and updates before deployment
  • Provide user training or create help documents as needed
  • Collaborate with QA and development teams to improve product reliability
  • Proficient in Visual Studio .NET for developing and maintaining robust applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL for database design, querying, and optimisation.
  • Familiarity with web technologies (JAVA, JavaScript, APIs)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
