Software Support Engineer

As a Software Support Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through your expertise in resolving technical issues and providing top-notch support. Your responsibilities will include learning and mastering our products and tools, independently interacting with customers to resolve issues, collecting feedback and addressing queries, as well as providing training on our product. You will be expected to handle technical issues reported by customers at L2 and L3 levels, demonstrating the product to prospective clients, and maintaining accurate records of your work. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the enterprise IT sector. Your programming skills, especially in Java script with knowledge in node.js, should be excellent, coupled with advanced troubleshooting and debugging abilities.
