About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Generate leads and drive sales of HRMS or any software solutions or software products to international clients 2. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 3. Understand client needs and recommend suitable software solutions 4. Build and maintain long-term client relationships 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Meet and exceed sales targets Requirements: 1. Possess 1-2 years of experience in B2B or software sales (HRMS domain preferred) 2. Show familiarity with international markets and client handling 3. Exhibit strong communication, presentation, and client interaction skills 4. Work independently and meet sales goals 5. Be currently based in Delhi or Gurgaon 6. Be willing to travel 7. Be willing to work 6 days a week 8.
