Software Sales Executive

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers in order to generate sales. You will be conducting data mining and research to identify potential leads, and then generate and qualify these leads through cold calling and follow-ups to ultimately close the sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting online meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase our products/services to customers. In this role, it will be essential to identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services to meet those needs. Handling customer inquiries and objections professionally is also a key part of the job. You will be expected to maintain an up-to-date database of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM software provided. Success in this position will be measured by your ability to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Collaboration with internal teams such as marketing, product, and customer success will be necessary to drive customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for providing regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to the management team. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the job requires at least 1 year of experience with CRM software and B2B sales.
