Software Sales Consultant

You are a proactive and result-oriented Software Sales Consultant looking to join our growing team in Jaipur. Your main responsibility will be driving B2B software sales, engaging with enterprise clients, and providing tailored solutions to address their business challenges. This role involves direct client interaction, requiring strong communication skills and a consultative sales approach. Your key responsibilities will include generating leads and building a robust sales pipeline for Document Management Systems (DMS) and Business Process Management (BPM) products. You will conduct client meetings, understand their business requirements, and present suitable product solutions. Creating and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve targets, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, and maintaining relationships with existing clients are also crucial aspects of the role. Collaborating with pre-sales and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs and updating CRM systems with client interactions and sales activities will be part of your daily routine. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 15 years of experience in B2B software sales or enterprise solutions sales. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong understanding of software solutions and their business impact, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets are essential. You should be able to work both independently and in a team environment, possess experience in client relationship management and consultative selling, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent. Prior experience in the DMS/BPM domain will be considered an added advantage.
