About the Role :

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Sales Enablement

  • Act as the

    technical authority

    for our SaaS water solutions during customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to

    drive lead-to-close conversions

    by providing product expertise, demonstrations, and technical presentations.
  • Understand customer requirements, challenges, and pain points, and recommend

    customized digital solutions

    .
  • Develop a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Customer Engagement

  • Support regional sales teams during

    customer meetings, site visits, and product trials

    .
  • Build trust with customers by demonstrating

    domain knowledge and solution relevance

    .
  • Serve as the

    single point of contact

    for technical discussions during the sales cycle.

Market & Opportunity Management

  • Track and monitor

    all software-related opportunities

    in the assigned territory.
  • Maintain sales data, pipeline, and reports for review with management.
  • Provide

    feedback to product and marketing teams

    based on market trends and customer needs.

Travel & Onsite Activities

  • Travel up to

    60% of the time

    to customer sites, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Conduct live demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and solution workshops at customer sites , regional offices.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Software Engineering

    (or equivalent).

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience in

    SaaS sales

    ,

    technical pre-sales

    , or

    industrial software solution selling

    .
  • Exposure to

    water industry

    ,

    process automation

    , or

    industrial IoT

    will be an added advantage.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
