Job Description

As the Manager, Software Quality Assurance, you will lead a dynamic team responsible for ensuring that our software applications meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This entry-level management role involves overseeing the daily activities of quality assurance professionals, coordinating testing processes, and driving continuous improvement in software quality. Your work will directly impact user satisfaction by ensuring that our products deliver exceptional performance and functionality.

Project Knowledge:

Understand End-to-End Project Architecture
Understand all the integration points (WK and third party) that represent testing risk
Understand the application(s) under test
Understand the Environments and Release process and propose changes as needed

Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily activities of entry-level QA professionals. Coordinate the execution of manual and automated tests. Ensure adherence to QA processes and methodologies. Review and approve test cases and test plans. Monitor and report on testing progress and defect status. Collaborate with development teams to resolve quality issues. Implement and enforce quality metrics and standards. Participate in code reviews to ensure test coverage. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project status and challenges. Provide training and mentorship to team members.
