The impact that you will be making
As the QA Automation manager, you will be in charge of providing direction to the QA track at Impact Analytics. You will be responsible for de ning the QA frameworks, best practices and ensuring that the organization adheres to them.
What this role entails
Provide technology leadership for enhancing test automation capability at the organization level
Serving as an expert in de ning and rolling out standard Automation Frameworks, in line with latest industry trends
Reviewing and implementing best- t solutions a g options evaluated
Automation of regression tests and performance tests
Building performance baseline and creating extensible automation frameworks
Providing end-to-end delivery support for testing new and existing products and applications
Integrating manual and automated test effort
Ensure that the automated QA is well integrated into the CI/CD pipeline
Take responsibility for functional quality and performance of the product across Impact Analytics portfolio
Understanding software quality best practices, test strategy and planning, test case development, test case execution, deployment and, test data, defect tracking, and test automation
Mentor the QA team and assign tasks as per strength of individual
Work closely with Dev leads / architects to de ne the functional and performance baseline
What lands you in this role
Over 12 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years in QA team management.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with de strated hands-on expertise.
Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive automation strategies and frameworks.
Extensive experience in performance and load testing using tools such as LoadRunner and JMeter.
Deep knowledge of web automation testing leveraging Selenium and Playwright.
Thorough understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Skilled in web testing, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
Bachelor s degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Computer Science or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).
