Role Overview

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our blockchain based applications. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to test new features, identify bugs, and improve our software development lifecycle with a focus on quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual + automated).
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing on web and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to understand product requirements and ensure test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution using tools like Jira or similar.
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, especially in crypto-related workflows (wallets, KYC, transactions).
• Participate in release planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on QA experience in web or mobile application testing.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
• Good knowledge of API testing and familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright).
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum practices.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience testing fintech or blockchain/crypto applications.
• Knowledge of smart contract testing and Web3 flows.
• Exposure to tools like TestRail, BrowserStack, and automated performance/security testing.
