Software Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Hardware Procurement Specialist to manage our company’s IT-related procurements. This role involves strategizing to find cost-effective deals, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring that all IT purchases align with business goals and budget constraints

.Key Responsibilitie

• sAnalyze organizational software needs and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
• .Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers
• .Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure favorable terms
• .Procure and manage IT-related software products
• .Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and invoices
• .Track and process software renewals and manage subscriptions
• .Resolve supplier issues, disputes and invoicing concerns
• .Develop and implement procurement strategies and cost-saving initiatives

.Qualification

• sBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field is preferred (or 5+ years’ experience in a similar role)
• .Proven experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or sourcing
• .Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• .Excellent communication and organizational skills
• .Knowledge of software and services
