Job Description

Plan and execute on-site implementation of the School ERP system, including system setup, configuration, and integration with existing systems.

Collaborate with school administrators and IT teams to ensure proper installation and data migration.

Customization

Tailor the School ERP system to meet the specific needs of the school, including grading, attendance, scheduling, and reporting modules.

Configure user roles, permissions, and access levels based on the institution s requirements.

Training

Provide hands-on training to school staff, including teachers, administrative personnel, and IT staff, on how to use the ERP system efficiently.

Create user guides, training materials, and conduct workshops to facilitate ease of use.

Support

Offer on-site technical support during the implementation phase to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.

Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure the system continues to meet the needs of the school.

Documentation

Document the implementation process and report any challenges or feedback for future improvements.

Ensure all project milestones are met and deliver regular status reports to the project management team.

Client Coordination

Liaise with school management to understand their specific needs and provide solutions accordingly.

Communicate any issues, concerns, or required modifications to the development team.

Required Skills Set

Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly school-focused ERP solutions.

Experience in system setup, configuration, and deployment is crucial.

Ability to integrate the ERP system with other existing systems used by the school.

Knowledge of configuring user roles, permissions, and access levels to align with institutional policies.

Experience in documenting implementation processes, challenges, and outcomes.

Ability to provide on-site technical support, addressing issues that arise during and after deployment.

Ability to train school staff, including teachers, administrative personnel, and IT staff, on the ERP system.

Strong problem-solving skills to address any technical challenges that arise during the ERP deployment.

NOTE

Must be comfortable with travelling Pan India.

Must have your own vehicle.

Looking for immediate joiners.

There will be a bond of 1 Year.
