Software Implementer

Role Overview: You are required to work as a Software Implementer at the company's Noida office. Your main responsibilities will include ERP deployment, customization, training, support, documentation, and client coordination. This role requires 1-2 years of experience and a B.Tech (CS/IT) or BCA qualification. You will be working 6 days a week with a monthly CTC ranging from Rs. 22,000 to Rs. 25,000. Please note that this vacancy is for male candidates only. Key Responsibilities: - ERP Deployment - Plan and execute on-site implementation of the School ERP system, including system setup, configuration, and integration with existing systems. - Collaborate with school administrators and IT teams to ensure proper installation and data migration. - Customization - Tailor the School ERP system to meet the specific needs of the school, including grading, attendance, scheduling, and reporting modules. - Configure user roles, permissions, and access levels based on the institution's requirements. - Training - Provide hands-on training to school staff, including teachers, administrative personnel, and IT staff, on how to use the ERP system efficiently. - Create user guides, training materials, and conduct workshops to facilitate ease of use. - Support - Offer on-site technical support during the implementation phase to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise. - Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure the system continues to meet the needs of the school. - Documentation - Document the implementation process and report any challenges or feedback for future improvements. - Ensure all project milestones are met and deliver regular status reports to the project management team. - Client Coordination - Liaise with school management to understand their specific needs and provide solutions accordingly. - Communicate any issues, concerns, or required modifications to the development team.
