Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using React.js and Java Spring Boot
Translate product and UI/UX requirements into responsive, interactive frontends and scalable backend APIs
Build and maintain
RESTful APIs
for frontend integration
Ensure application responsiveness, speed, and cross-platform compatibility
Write clean, modular, testable, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices
Participate in
code reviews
, troubleshoot bugs, and optimize performance issues
Implement CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation of testing and deployment
Work in an Agile/Scrum team environment and contribute to planning, estimation, and delivery
Collaborate with QA teams for system testing and validation
Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements for system design and development

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years of hands-on full stack development experience
React.js
(functional components, hooks, state/context API, routing)
Strong backend development in
Java and Spring Boot
Proficiency in
JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
Experience in developing and consuming
RESTful APIs
Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.)
Version control using
Git
Understanding of
CI/CD pipelines
and modern development workflows
Experience with relational or NoSQL databases

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience in Agile/Scrum-based projects
Understanding of
microservices architecture
Exposure to
Docker
and
Kubernetes
for containerization
Experience with
cloud platforms
(AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Unit testing and integration testing tools (JUnit, Jest, etc.)
Knowledge of authentication protocols like OAuth, JW
