Responsibilities Team Leadership and Management : Lead, mentor, and manage a team of either Flutter, Javascript, Java, or QA engineers in line with your skillset with a focus on fostering a healthy culture grounded in continuous learning and collaboration. Conduct monthly performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development. Recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent. Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and objectives. Technical Leadership Establish and maintain best practices for your area of expertise between Flutter, Java, Javascript, or QE, development, including code quality, testing, and deployment. Architect and design scalable and maintainable applications. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on our projects. Provide technical guidance and support to the team, resolving complex technical challenges. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Project Management Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines. Manage project scope, risks, and dependencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Utilize agile methodologies to manage sprints and track progress. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. Qualifications Experience : Proven experience in a leadership role managing a team of engineers. Extensive experience in developing and deploying high-quality mobile applications using Flutter. Strong understanding of mobile development principles and best practices. Experience with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc). Experience with RESTful APIs and data serialization. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Experience with Agile development methodologies. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles. Experience with Native Android and/or IOS development is a plus.
