Roles & Responsibilities: Provide production support and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner. Engage in development activities, focusing on Java Spring Boot and Microservices. Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application functionality. Utilize GitHub for version control and collaboration. Work with NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Postgres) and SQL for data management. Participate in rotational shifts, demonstrating flexibility for morning and afternoon schedules. Experience Requirement: 5 - 8 years of experience in software development and production support. Proven experience with Java Spring Boot and Microservices-based application development. Hands-on experience managing production incidents and resolving critical issues. Experience working with OpenShift and containerized deployments. Exposure to mentoring junior developers and managing small teams. Education: Any Graduation.
