About the Business Unit

We are looking for highly skilled programmers with 2-4 years of experience building web applications in Java.

Java Developers are responsible for analyzing user requirements and business objectives, determining application features and functionality, and recommending changes to existing Java-based applications, among other duties.

Java Developers need to compile detailed technical documentation and user assistance material, requiring excellent written communication.

Job Responsibilities:

● Designing and implementing Java-based applications.

● Analyzing product requirements to inform application design.

● Defining application objectives and functionality.

● Aligning application design with business goals.

● Developing and testing software.

● Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise.

● Producing detailed design documentation.

● Recommending changes to existing Java infrastructure.

● Developing multimedia applications.

● Developing documentation to assist users.

● Ensuring continuous professional self-development.

Technical Skills Required:

● Good knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and statistical analyses.

● Experience on Spring boot, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB,MySql and Java related technologies

● Experience in microservice based architecture.

● Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.

● Proficiency with AI based tools e.g. Cursor,Co-Pilot

● Having knowledge or experience of working with MCP, AI Agents is preferred

● Experience of working on cloud based infra services. Good to have skills

● Experience of working on fintech products

● Experience of AWS, EC2, MSK, Redshift, Glue and data lakes Soft Skills Required:
