Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy

  scalable microservices

  and distributed backend systems using Python and Go.
• Develop and maintain

  React/Next.js

  components for high-performance web applications.
• Contribute to

  AI-powered tools

  for real-time candidate ranking, interview insights, and workflow automation.
• Write production-quality code, tests, and documentation that meet rigorous reliability standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert user feedback into product improvements.
• Participate in

  code reviews

  , testing, and performance profiling to optimize system efficiency.

Qualifications / Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Computer Science, Engineering

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in
