Job Description

Role Overview:

SharePoint & RPA Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily operational support, monitoring, and maintenance of SharePoint Online and RPA systems.
Handle service requests, such as creating new SharePoint sites, access reviews, and other ad-hoc tasks.
Monitor system health, perform infra maintenance (patching/testing), and support production deployments.
Troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex problems to development teams when needed.
Act as a bridge between business users and IT teams to ensure clear communication and timely resolutions.
Maintain documentation of support activities, configurations, known issues, and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

Qualifications & Experience:

1+ year experience supporting
SharePoint Online
, including user access, permissions, and site management.
Familiarity with
RPA tools
(e.g., Blue Prism) is an advantage.
Good understanding of
Microsoft 365 ecosystem
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with users and teams.
Ability to manage multiple service requests and operational tasks efficiently.
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell) is a plus.
Experience with
SPFX, Power Platform
, or RPA development is advantageous but not required.
Relevant certifications (Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Blue Prism Developer) are a plus.
Able to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
