Software Engineer (ROR)

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for interviews:

● BE/B.Tech graduates with at least 60% marks or higher.

● Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● Demonstrated ability in delivering complex projects and collaborating effectively within

cross-functional teams.

Technology Stack

Candidates must have the necessary (mandatory) skills to be eligible for interviews.

Necessary (Mandatory)

● Strong proficiency in Ruby with extensive experience using Ruby on Rails.

● Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

● Experience with front-end frameworks like Vue.js.

● Expertise with testing frameworks such as RSpec, Capybara, and Cucumber.

● Solid experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).

● Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming principles.

● In-depth understanding of MVC, Mocking, ORM, and RESTful design.

● Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows.

● Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases, and Redis.

● Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) or other cloud platforms like Azure or GCP.

Good to Have (Bonus)

● Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

● Familiarity with designing and implementing microservices.

● Knowledge of serverless frameworks and architectures.

● Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical discussions.

● Proficient with Scrum, Kanban, or other Agile frameworks.

● Experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js.

● Knowledge of application and query optimization techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
