Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

  • Build sandboxed terminal environments simulating real-world scientific computing workflows.
  • Design and implement tasks involving numerical solving, simulation, data analysis, and code-based modeling.
  • Develop challenge specifications in collaboration with AI engineers, defining evaluation metrics and difficulty levels.
  • Implement automated validation tools, logging systems, and task reproducibility frameworks.
  • Scale problems from foundational numerical operations to advanced simulations (e.g., PDE solvers, multi-variable modeling).


Requirements

  • Background in Scientific Computing, Computational Physics, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, C++, or similar languages used in simulation and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of numerical methods, data fitting, and differential equations.
  • Experience with Linux environments and scientific libraries (NumPy, SciPy, SymPy, Pandas, Matplotlib).
  • Passion for designing terminal-based tasks that evaluate AI reasoning and computational precision.
