Job Description

This is really a great opportunity to be an integral part of Qualys next gen product "Identity Management" using microservices based technology platform processing over a 100 million transactions and terabytes of data per day, leverage open source technologies, and work on challenging and business-impacting projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in backend development with expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, Flink, Cassandra, ElasticSearch and RDBMS (Oracle preferred).
Proficiency in design patterns and SOLID principles.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Experience working with cloud technologies and services will be added advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Kafka, Flink, Cassandra, ElasticSearch and Oracle RDBMS.
Lead the architecture and implementation of backend components to support the organization's software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Implement best practices for performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.
Own and drive features/projects to successful completion.
Having knowledge of Security Products will be added advantage.
