Job Description

Test Case Development
: Create detailed test cases and scenarios based on business requirements and technical specifications.
Test Planning and Strategy
: Develop comprehensive test cases including defining test objectives, scope, and criteria. Able to come up with Clarifications and call out the dependencies for performing testing.
Test Execution
: Perform end-to-end testing of OSS/BSS systems, including functional, integration, regression, and Sanity testing.
Defect Management
: Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools(Jira), and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Collaboration
: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business architects and Leads to ensure alignment and understanding of testing requirements.
Reporting
: Provide regular updates on testing progress, including test execution status, defect metrics, and overall quality assessments.
Compliance
: Ensure that all testing activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Technical Proficiency
: Strong understanding of OSS/BSS systems, including Order management, service provisioning, rating and billing, and customer relationship management (CRM).
Analytical Skills
: Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
Attention to Detail
: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure thorough testing and accurate defect identification.
Communication
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Problem-Solving
: Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
Adaptability
: Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
