About the Role:

MetaHuman Specialist


What you'll do:


  • Design, develop, and integrate

    MetaHuman characters

    for real-time interactive use cases within

    Unreal Engine

    .
  • Build, maintain, and optimize pipelines for

    facial rigging, blendshapes, motion capture, and animation workflows

    .
  • Collaborate with

    creative artists, AI engineers, and developers

    to deliver lifelike avatars for AR/VR and immersive platforms.
  • Ensure

    performance scalability and cross-platform optimization

    of MetaHuman assets.
  • Enhance

    realism through advanced texturing, shading, and lighting techniques

    within the MetaHuman framework.
  • Work closely with technical teams to integrate MetaHumans into

    AI-driven and interactive applications

    .
  • Maintain best practices and contribute to

    asset libraries, documentation, and reusable workflows

    .
  • Stay updated with

    emerging technologies in digital humans, mocap, and real-time rendering

    .


What you'll bring:


  • 6+ years of experience

    in character modeling, rigging, and real-time animation.
  • Proven expertise in

    MetaHuman Creator

    and

    Unreal Engine MetaHuman Plugin

    .
  • Strong hands-on experience with

    facial rigging, blendshapes, facial capture, and animation systems

    .
  • Proficiency with industry-standard tools:

    Maya, Blender, ZBrush, MotionBuilder

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    real-time rendering, optimization, and cross-platform deployment

    .
  • Familiarity with

    AR/VR workflows and immersive technology pipelines

    .
  • Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
