Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Backend Software Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team at Vinz Global. You will be working from our Baner, Pune office on a high-impact product platform for one of our key global clients. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot Build and manage scalable event-driven systems using Apache Kafka Integrate and deploy microservices on AWS Cloud infrastructure Work with relational and NoSQL databases for optimal performance and reliability Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following industry best practices Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Required Skills: Strong programming experience in Java and Spring Boot Good understanding of Apache Kafka for event streaming and messaging Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) Proficiency with databases – MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar Understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Nice to Have: Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows Experience working in agile/scrum environments Benefits Why Join Us?
