What You’ll Be Doing:

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with other engineers to design and develop software solutions.

2. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

3. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.

4. Assist in troubleshooting and debugging software issues.

5. Contribute to the development of new features and enhancements.

6. Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.

7. Maintain and update documentation for the software development process.

8. Test and validate software applications to ensure they meet quality standards.

9. Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to improving processes.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as C#, SQL, or Python.

3. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

4. Basic understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

5. Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or mobile app development is a plus.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

7. Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

8. Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve coding skills.

9. Internship or project experience in software development.

To ensure a secure hiring process we have implemented several identity verification steps, including submission of a government issued photo ID. We conduct identity verification during interviews, and final interviews may require onsite attendance. All candidates must complete a comprehensive background check, in-person I-9 verification, and may be subject to drug screening prior to employment. The use of artificial intelligence tools during interviews is prohibited and monitored. Misrepresentation will result in immediate disqualification from consideration.

Mandatory Requirements:

Employees must have a high-speed broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps and the ability to set up a wired connection to their home network to ensure effective remote work. These requirements may be updated as needed by the business.
