Job Description

Role : SDET

Experience : 5+

Location : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

Partner with product teams to embed quality throughout development via automation, tooling, and best practices.
Contribute to a modern quality strategy by optimizing the test pyramid and shifting validations toward API, integration, and unit levels.
Improve CI/CD pipelines by enhancing test data setup, isolation, reliability, and reducing flaky tests.
5+ years in Quality Engineering within cloud-native SaaS environments (AWS preferred).
Strong experience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Workflows).
Hands-on with API, integration, contract, performance, and E2E testing (Cypress, Pact, K6).
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
Familiar with observability tools and improving test signal quality.
Experience leading testing initiatives across distributed teams.
Knowledge of QA tools like Zephyr Scale; ability to influence engineering and product teams.
Growth mindset with interest in modern trends like AI-powered testing.
