As a core technical contributor, you will work across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.Job ResponsibilitiesExecutes creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems.Develops secure, high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others.Identifies opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve overall operational stability of software applications and systems.Participates in evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs, technical credentials, and applicability for use within existing systems and information architecture.Engages in communities of practice across Software Engineering to promote awareness and use of new and leading-edge technologies.Designs and implements scalable Generative and Agentic AI solution using LLM, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Tools, MCP and Multi-Agent system.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.Hands-on experience in designing and building production grade Generative and Agentic AI solution using JavaExperience in programming Java, Spring Boot, ORM frameworks, JPA, SQLExperience in Prompt engineering and LLM Integration with multiple models e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, GoogleExposure to AI framework and Platforms like SpringAI, LangGraph4J, LangChain4J, Amazon Bedrock,Experience in setting up Data pipeline, RAG for model embedding and learningExperience in building Tools / Functions using MCP for Agentic AI solutionPractical experience with Cloud (AWS or Azure or GCP) and Containers (Docker, Kubernetes).Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle. Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.Knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems.
