Job Description

What you ll do:

Act as a functional bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Convert business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
Perform impact analysis for enhancements, fixes, and data model changes.
Work closely with product, platform, and engineering teams during solution design.
Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and sign-off.
Validate system behavior against real-world manufacturing and production constraints.
Assist in resolving production issues and customer escalations.

What we are looking for:

Functional Analyst with 3+ years of experience in the Supply Chain domain within production-based/manufacturing / retail enterprises.
Enable improved alignment between planning systems and manufacturing realities.
Reduce rework by driving clear upfront functional clarity.
Support optimization initiatives across demand, supply, and production planning.
Ensure smooth handoffs between development and business teams.
Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain workflows
Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership
Experienced in handling large-scale, data-intensive supply chain systems
