Interview process Like our work we have a fast paced interview process, we typically have three interview rounds Round 1 DS Algorithm / Coding Round : We will be working on an implementation problem where you would be required to write typically around 50-150 lines of code. We check how quickly and how accurately you write code. Round 2 Implementation/Software Development Round : If you are a backend developer you can be asked to write some code which involves making an API in your favourite language, for frontend you can be asked to build some UI quickly. Round 3 Design Round : This is a high level design discussion which will involve the concepts of software architecture and how would you go about starting projects from scratch. Interview best practices Please make sure that you have your local development set up. Some interviews might require live coding. Please make sure that you are in an environment that allows you to turn your camera on and make the interview more interactive. What are we looking for In-depth experience in cloud services and architecture, including but not limited to, message brokers like Pub/Sub, caching mechanisms such as Redis, and container orchestration platforms like Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE). Demonstrable skills in API design, with a keen understanding of RESTful practices, API security measures, and hands-on experience with API management tools. Experience with frontend technologies like React. Great communication and management skills. Should be able to act independently and take on big projects with minimal guidance. Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent career experience required Bonus Proficient with OpenAI APIs, Langchain, and Python programming (is an added advantage).
