Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

Job Summary:

BMC/Open Basement Management Controller Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, port, and maintain
OpenBMC firmware
for various server platforms.
Integrate and customize
Yocto Project-based Linux distributions
used in OpenBMC.
Develop features, HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer), board support packages (BSPs), and device drivers in
C/C++
for ARM/PowerPC-based microcontrollers.
Implement industry-standard protocols such as
IPMI, Redfish, PLDM, MCTP, SMBus, I2C, SPI, UART, KCS, etc.
Contribute to upstream OpenBMC community (optional but preferred).
Participate in firmware architecture discussions, code reviews, and performance tuning.
Write and maintain documentation for firmware architecture, features, and APIs.
