Requirements

AI Agent Development & Support

• Develop Generative AI agents leveraging AWS Cloud infrastructure
• Assist in deploying AI solutions for production environments under senior mentorship
• Work with AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, and LlamaIndex for specific use cases
• Learn and apply prompt engineering techniques and model optimization strategies
  

Application Development & Architecture

• Build full-stack applications using modern development practices and AI agent tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
• Develop scalable REST APIs with authentication, validation, and robust error handling
• Integrate databases for AI workloads, including vector databases and traditional relational databases
  

Collaboration & Continuous Growth

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and technical constraints
• Contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions
• Document implementations and share knowledge across the team
• Engage in hands-on learning with structured mentorship and project exposure
  

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of software development experience, including exposure to cloud technologies
• Additional 6+ months of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or AI frameworks
• Proficient in Python and/or TypeScript
• Strong understanding of REST API development
• Basic to intermediate understanding of both SQL and NoSQL database systems
• Familiarity with Terraform or willingness to learn infrastructure automation
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• High motivation to learn and grow in AI and cloud architecture domains
  

Technical Skills

• Experience with AI frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or similar
• Understanding of prompt engineering techniques and optimization strategies
• Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, RDS, EC2)
• Proficiency with development tools including Git, Docker, and modern CI/CD workflows
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar databases
• Hands-on experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Basic understanding of DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions and Terraform

• Exposure to telecom or banking industries
• AWS Cloud Practitioner or Developer Associate certification
• Interest in advanced Terraform and cloud architecture training
• Academic or professional exposure to machine learning
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal AI projects
