Software Engineer (Gen AI)

• Develop Generative AI agents leveraging AWS Cloud infrastructure
• Assist in deploying AI solutions for production environments under senior mentorship
• Work with AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, and LlamaIndex for specific use cases
• Learn and apply prompt engineering techniques and model optimization strategies

• Build full-stack applications using modern development practices and AI agent tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
• Develop scalable REST APIs with authentication, validation, and robust error handling.
• Integrate databases for AI workloads, including vector databases and traditional relational databases

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and technical constraints.
• Contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions.
• Document implementations and share knowledge across the team.
• Engage in hands-on learning with structured mentorship and project exposure

Qualifications

• 3 4 years of software development experience, including exposure to cloud technologies.
• Additional 6+ months of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or AI frameworks.
• Proficient in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of REST API development.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of both SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Familiarity with Terraform or willingness to learn infrastructure automation.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• High motivation to learn and grow in AI and cloud architecture domains

• Experience with AI frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or similar.
• Understanding of prompt engineering techniques and optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, S3, RDS, EC2).
• Proficiency with development tools including Git, Docker, and modern CI/CD workflows.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Hands-on experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Basic understanding of DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions and Terraform

• Exposure to telecom or banking industries.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner or Developer Associate certification.
• Interest in advanced Terraform and cloud architecture training.
