Job Description

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

Strong Java development background with proven experience in building and maintaining backend logic, particularly for ETL-style processing
Hands-on expertise with RESTful APIs, including consumption, error handling, and integration best practices
Solid experience in data transformation, mapping, and validation across multiple systems
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in Candidate-to-Co-worker or Recruiting-to-Hire processes (preferred, but not required)
Demonstrated ability to debug and resolve production issues while effectively managing change requests, enhancements, and bug fixes
