Team is distributed geographically in all 3 regions to support 24*5. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master s degree is a plus. Certification in Oracle HCM - Core HR and/or workforce compensation or Benefits module 4+ years of experience as Technofunctional consultant, Technical /Functional lead in Oracle HCM solution. 4+ years of experience in SQL Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams Collaborate with Compensation Business team and other IT teams and design/implement the solutions in Oracle HCM Configure configurations for Ford requirements and design Fast formula and Reports in Workforce compensation Module Maintain the backlog and work plan in Rally/Jira to ensure commitments are met on time Coach and drive junior members in Team to provide industry standard solutions
