About the Role

Software Engineer

You will work across the stack and collaborate closely with product managers, DevOps, and other engineers to build resilient, scalable systems using modern cloud-native tools and best practices.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Design and

  own microservices

  within the financial domain using

  Python

  and

  FastAPI

• Implement robust

  unit, integration, and E2E testing

  strategies
• Work with

  GraphQL

  and

  REST APIs

  to integrate external/internal services
• Build secure, scalable backend systems deployed on

  AWS

  using

  Terraform

  ,

  Docker

  , and

  Kubernetes

• Collaborate with DevOps to enhance

  CI/CD pipelines

  using

  GitHub Actions

• Monitor system health and performance using

  OpenTelemetry

  or equivalent observability tools
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and system design discussions
• Translate finance-specific requirements into technical solutions with product and stakeholders
  

For Less Experienced Engineers:

• Consume and integrate

  GraphQL/REST APIs

  into backend and frontend features
• Write

  basic unit tests

  and learn to extend test coverage under mentorship
• Work with Git, GitHub, and follow structured GitHub workflow practices
• Pair with senior engineers to gain exposure to

  Kubernetes, Argo CD

  , and financial systems
• Continuously develop skills across backend and cloud technologies

Minimum Qualifications:

• Solid programming skills in

• Proficient with

• Familiarity with

• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Preferred for Senior Candidates:

• Experience
