Job Description

Position Overview:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using
Java 11+
,
Spring Boot
, and
AWS
.
Build
scalable and distributed systems
to handle high transaction volumes.
Participate in solution design and contribute to architectural decisions.
Write
clean, maintainable, and testable code
following best practices.
Debug and resolve production issues ensuring minimal downtime.
Conduct code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
Suggest and implement improvements for system performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with DevOps for seamless
CI/CD pipelines
and automated deployments.

Required Skils & Experince :

68 years
of professional experience in backend development.
Strong hands-on expertise with
Java 11+, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs
, and
AWS
.
Solid understanding of
distributed systems
,
microservices
, and
high-availability architectures
.
Experience with both
RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle)
and
NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra)
.
Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to
CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins)
and
caching technologies
(e.g., Redis, Memcached).
Experience in payment systems or financial transaction platforms is mandatory.
