Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience in ASP.NET Core ASP.NET MVC .Net Programming-C# .Net ADO.NET and ASP.NET Core Web API. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will contribute to developing high-quality software solutions that align with our companys goals and positively impact society. Responsibilities Develop and maintain software applications using ASP.NET Core ASP.NET MVC and .Net Programming-C# .Net. Design and implement APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API to support various business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to enhance application performance. Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle from concept and design to testing and deployment. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and effective. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements. Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Document software designs code and other technical artifacts to ensure maintainability. Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to software architecture and development processes. Qualifications Must have strong experience in ASP.NET Core ASP.NET MVC and .Net Programming-C# .Net. Should have hands-on experience with ADO.NET and ASP.NET Core Web API. Nice to have experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript HTML and CSS. Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Should have strong communication and collaboration skills. Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Certifications Required Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer
