What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain performant backend service
• Design and implement scalable APIs and microservices (REST/gRPC)
• Collaborate with threat intelligence and data teams for system integrations
• Write clean, testable code and conduct peer reviews
• Monitor backend performance and debug production issues
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Stay updated with evolving AI, cybersecurity, and backend tech trend

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in backend development (startup experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in a backend framework such as Python, TypeScript, or Golang—Golang experience preferred
• Familiarity with MongoDB, DynamoDB, or other NoSQL databases
• Solid grasp of Git workflows and modern development practices
• Awareness of software security principles
• A strong interest in exploring emerging tools like vector DBs and agent frameworks, and in conducting POCs.
• End-to-end ownership of your work and deliverables.
