Software Engineer (Backend)

As a Product Engineer at our innovative team, you will be responsible for tackling complex technical challenges to enhance software performance and functionality. Your primary focus will be on designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications using Java and Spring Boot. Additionally, you will implement and optimize data structures to ensure application efficiency, work with various databases for effective data storage, and utilize basic AWS services for deploying and managing applications in the cloud environment. Collaboration is key in our team, and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance during project development. Strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures, proficiency in Java with experience in the Spring Boot framework, and knowledge of AWS services are essential for this role. Experience with database management systems like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL, as well as version control using Git (Bitbucket) for smooth collaboration and code management, are also required. Nice-to-have skills include experience with Kafka for messaging and data streaming, as well as knowledge of Redis for caching and performance optimization. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 4 to 6 years of experience in software development, focusing on Java and Spring Boot.
