Summary: As a Team Lead in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical you will lead a team of consultants working on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and support projects. Your primary focus will be on developing, customizing, and delivering BIP/XML Publisher Reports, as well as supporting various technical components across the Oracle HCM Cloud landscape. You will be expected to work closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and offshore/onshore resources to ensure timely and quality delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of BI Publisher (BIP)/XML Publisher reports in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, etc.). • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BIP reports, data models, and integrations. • Work on OTBI, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and FBL/HDL as needed to support broader HCM Cloud requirements. • Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior team members, and enforce coding standards and documentation practices. • Collaborate across technical and functional teams, ensuring seamless integration between modules and systems. • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with expertise in BI Publisher (BIP) / XML Publisher Reports. Professional & Technical Experience: • Experience in Data Model creation, RTF templates, bursting, and performance tuning of reports. • Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud tables, schemas, and data extraction techniques. • Understanding of HCM Extracts, OTBI, and HDL/FBL. • Ability to analyze functional requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions. • Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills. • Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle VBCS. • Understanding of HCM Security and role-based access to reports. • Basic knowledge of Fast Formulas. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Prior client-facing experience and ability to manage stakeholder expectations. • 6–10 years of overall experience in Oracle HCM Cloud. • Minimum 3+ years of experience in BIP/XML Publisher report development. • At least 1–2 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations or upgrade projects.
